An investigation is underway following the death of Jakob Hill in Lamar County. Lamar County coroner Blake Matherne reported that Jakob was found unresponsive at a business on Mississippi 589. He was immediately rushed to Forrest General Hospital, where, despite efforts to revive him, he tragically passed away.
