Christopher “Christy” Flood Death & Obituary : It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Christopher “Christy” Flood, who died peacefully on August 20, 2024, in Coolock, Dublin. Christy’s final moments were surrounded by his loving family, and he received compassionate care from the staff at Hamilton Park Nursing Home.
Christy Flood was a cherished father to David and Chris, whose lives were profoundly touched by his presence. His mother, Sadie, his children and their spouses, and Joan, the mother of his sons, are all deeply mourning his loss. Christy’s passing has left a significant void in the hearts of his siblings Maria, Alison, Pamela, and Sarah, as well as his brothers-in-law Jimmy and Shaun, his sister-in-law Jennifer, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. His brothers, Kenneth and Paul, are also deeply affected by his death.
Honoring a Legacy
Christy’s passing is especially poignant as we also remember his late siblings, David and Celine, who had previously departed. Christy’s absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will be honored by those who loved him and cherished the time spent with him.
